The customers had bought a piece of land on a steep hill and wanted to build their dream home on the plot.

There was extensive ground works and water proofing work below ground due to the incline the house was built on.

The house was built and finished to luxury standards. Underfloor heating was installed throughout the property, including the garage. Extra structural work was undertaken as the double garage was on the 1st floor with the living area below.

We carried out all the work, including the extensive landscaping of all the gardens and the building of boundary walls surrounding the property.
